Roach
What does “Roach” mean?
The small (usually one inch and a half or less) portion left after smoking the majority of the joint. Roaches can be held in a roach clip for easier access, or they can simply be saved and broken down so the flower inside can be smoked at a later time. While it's hard to pin down the exact etymology of this term, it likely comes from the fact that the leftover, burnt-up joint can resemble a cockroach from far away.Example usage:
“I always save my roaches to roll up into a generation joint later on.”
