EU High Court Rules CBD Not a Narcotic

The European Union’s highest court has ruled that CBD is not a narcotic because it does not have any psychotropic or harmful effects.
The European Union (EU) is made up of 28 different member states, combined their members reach 513 million. Currently, 10 EU countries have legalized cannabis for therapeutic use.
