Virginia AG Calls for Cannabis Decriminalization

Virginia Attorney General Mark Herring called for the decriminalization of cannabis in an op-ed published on Saturday, arguing that prohibition is “needlessly creating criminals.”
As more states legalize both medical and recreational marijuana use, the need for decriminalization on state and federal levels is a growing concern.
