What does “Doobie” mean?
Rolled cannabis cigarette. Not to be confused with the Doobie Brothers, though their music cna be even better paired with a doobie. Legend has it the term comes from Elvis Presley asking his tour manager where all the smoke on his bus was coming from, to which was replied, “Oh, it’s from the Doobies” referring to the Brothers.Example usage:
“Maybe we should try bringing back doobie as the common slang for joint. Retro is in, after all.”
