Founders

Zachary Garippa

Zachary Garippa is the Co-Founder and CEO of Negotiatus. Prior to founding Negotiatus, Zach worked at Morgan Stanley in Financial Services - however, he credits his street smarts to his summers spent as a Doorman on Park Avenue. Zach was born and raised in Brooklyn, New York. He graduated from Boston College Carroll School of Management with a degree in Finance and Economics and is an alumni of Regis High School in New York City.

Tom Jaklitsch

Tom Jaklitsch is the Co-Founder and CTO of Negotiatus. While studying Computer Science and Computer Engineering at Johns Hopkins, Tom split his time between experimenting with startups and working with more established high-growth companies like Shopify. After noticing a trend in trouble with purchasing across those experiences, he was excited to team up with Zach to address the problem for businesses. Today, Tom leads Negotiatus' technical efforts with a focus on automating and simplifying the purchase-to-pay problems for businesses at scale. In his free time, he mentors younger companies and is an avid (but middling) golfer.
